In our traditional Coaxial Cable service areas, your Internet service connects to your home through a cable modem. If you provide your own cable modem or if you’re using a cable modem from us, we will set it up when we install your service. Your Internet service is available via an Ethernet port on the back of the cable modem. This port may be connected to a single computer or to a router provided by you.
In our King’s Deer service areas your Internet is provided via a DSL Modem from Falcon Broadband.
In our service areas that are served by Fiber-to-the-Home, a cable modem is not required. Your Internet is available at an Ethernet port on the service gateway. This is typically mounted on the side of your home, and in most cases, the Ethernet cable then goes to the structured wiring panel normally found in a basement and may be connected to a single computer or a router.
