To keep subscriber rates low, while providing prompt service and support, customers will be required to pay a service charge when Falcon Broadband responds to their residence or business for issues that are not Falcon Broadband’s responsibility. Falcon Broadband continues to offer expert phone support (719-573-5343), email support ( support@falconbroadband.net), and onsite support (when required) for issues related directly to Falcon Broadband’s service.

In the event a subscriber requires an in house visit to resolve a personal computer, in house wiring, and/or in house network problem (not related to our broadband equipment), a $50 service charge will apply.
